Royce Counseling Services, LLC was created to help those who are struggling with their mental health. We focus on trauma, but also treat a variety of conditions such as  ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Defiance, etc. We also treat children who struggle with sexual trauma and sexual acting out.  We meet the client where they are in their treatment. We treat children ages 3+, adults, and Seniors. We provide individual therapy,

Couples therapy and family therapy.

We provide the following therapy and more

EMDR

  • EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a therapeutic approach for trauma.
  • It involves bilateral stimulation, often through guided eye movements, to help reprocess distressing memories.
  •  Sessions typically include a history-taking phase to identify target memories for processing.
  • Clients are encouraged to focus on negative beliefs while engaging in bilateral stimulation.
  •  The goal is to replace negative beliefs with positive ones, promoting healing and resilience.
  •  EMDR can lead to reduced symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression over time.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form

of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range

of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. Numerous research studies suggest that CBT leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life.

TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

TF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment designed to help children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 who have experienced trauma. It addresses the psychological effects of trauma through a structured approach that combines cognitive behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions. TF-CBT aims to alleviate symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and related difficulties by involving both the child and their caregivers in the therapeutic process

Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT)

TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy)

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type

of talk therapy (psychotherapy). It’s based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),

but it’s specially adapted for people who experience emotions very intensely.
